Registration with multiple agencies is not permitted. Clients must complete this registration form and provide it along with copies of eligibility documents (ID and proof of disability or income documents for low-income qualification) to participate.Mail the completed registration and eligibility documents to: RIDES Call 713.368.RIDE (7433) to schedule an appointment to apply in-person at our offices. Once you are registered, you are eligible to purchase travel tickets that may be used with any of the designated transportation companies.
